The National Children's Educational and Health-Improving Сenter «Zubrenok» is a European-style complex with a developed infrastructure. The center is located on the territory of the Narochansky National Park, on the shore of the largest lake in Belarus – Naroch and annually receives more than 16,000 children from 6 to 17 years old from more than 20 countries of the world. The institution works year-round and organizes recreation, rehabilitation and parenting children, provides educational services every shift (7-21 days). Each shift is a specially designed program that contributes not only to the active recreation of the child, but also to the development of his personality and leadership qualities. For children who need rehabilitation, the Center offers a whole range of medical and recreational services, including more than 50 procedures of various profiles. Each child is invited to get acquainted with new areas of creativity in associations of interests, which are more than 50 in «Zubrenok». The educational component of shifts is implemented in the school of «Zubrenok» as well as in high-tech chemical, environmental, biological and physical laboratories, in laboratories of robotics, 3D-modeling, virtual and augmented reality, and an information laboratory. Over the 50 years of its operation, «Zubrenok» has become a center of international cooperation and children's diplomacy. The institution not only organizes international shifts, forums, rallies, conferences, but also hosts children who have arrived in the country at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. The Center maintains cooperation with such international organizations and programs as the UN Children's Fund «UNICEF», the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, the United Nations Development Program, etc.
