Republic scientific- and industrial unitary enterprise «Institute of Power Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus» was formed in July, 2008 for the purpose of scientific support of the energy sector development in the Republic of Belarus, carrying out fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of energy, energy conservation and energy efficiency. The postgraduate training program opened at the Institute of Power Engineering in 2014 in the specialty 05.14.01 – Energy systems and complexes (technical sciences).
