The Republican Unitary Enterprise "Belarusian State Geological Center"

The main activity of the Enterprise is aimed at creating a multifunctional system of information support for subsoil use and the formation of a single information geological resource used in solving issues of managing the state subsoil fund and regulating relations in the field of geological study of subsoil, rational and efficient use of their resources. Today the State Enterprise "Belgosgeocenter" carries out: reception, systematization and accounting of geological information in the State Geological Fund of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter - Gosgeolfond); selection and provision of information from the State Geological Fund to legal entities and individuals; presentation of geological information on deposits and occurrences of minerals and geothermal resources of the subsoil; preparation of information and consulting on geological exploration of the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the use of subsoil resources, including peat and groundwater; preparation of information on the presence (absence) of minerals in the areas of the projected construction with the transfer to the topographic base of the contours of calculating mineral reserves in the case of the location of the construction object in the area of the deposit; presentation of information on the geological and hydrogeological conditions in the area where the projected wells are located, which provides information about the exploited aquifers, their water availability, depth, thickness, protection from surface pollution; development of projects to justify the boundaries of mountain allotments (for the extraction of groundwater); development of projects of sanitary protection zones (SPZ) for water wells; preparation and organization of state examination of geological information on the subsoil for the assessment and approval of mineral reserves; preparation and examination of project documentation for geological study of subsoil; provision of services to legal entities and individuals for scanning, printing color and black-and-white texts, posters, maps, diagrams, drawings (A4-A0 format).
