Belarus, Egypt mull over mutual export promotion mechanisms

MINSK – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Egypt Sergei Terentyev met with Egypt's Finance Minister Mohamed Maait on 12 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed topical issues related to the development of Belarusian-Egyptian cooperation in trade and finances and stressed a huge untapped potential for its increase.

“They considered the possibility of using export promotion mechanisms in order to increase the trade between the two countries and implement major bilateral projects, including industrial cooperation,” the ministry said
