SIAM is the largest platform to connect distributors, manufacturers, investors and officials from Arab, European and African countries with their Moroccan partners. The Belarusian exposition features the companies affiliated with Belarus' Industry Ministry (MTZ, Gomselmash, Bobruiskagromash, Lidselmash, MAZ, Amkodor, BMZ), the enterprises of the Belarusian state petrochemical concern Belneftekhim (Belshina, Grogno-Azot), organizations of the Belarusian State Committee of Science and Technology, the National Academy of Sciences and the Education Ministry.

Participating in SIAM and related conferences and business forums provides an opportunity to establish direct business contacts with Moroccan companies and agricultural enterprises. Crown Prince of Morocco Moulay Hassan attended the Belarusian exposition during the SIAM opening ceremony. The Gomselmash farm machines and agricultural technologies presented by Belarus' National Academy of Science are the most popular with visitors.

Held annually since 2006, SIAM Expo is divided into two main parts, international and sectoral. This year, the expo was attended by more than 20 countries including Belarus, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Turkey, Russia and Netherlands as the honorable guest.
