Eximgarant of Belarus to ensure Belarusian Potash Company's export risks

MINSK – The Belarusian government has allowed Eximgarant of Belarus to conclude voluntary insurance agreements to cover the Belarusian Potash Company's political and commercial risks while implementing a short-term export contract. The corresponding Council of Ministers' Resolution No.192 of 5 April 2021 was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.

This contract was signed by the Belarusian Potash Company and the Brazilian company Adubos Araguaia Industria e Comercio LTDA.

The resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.
