Minsk to host Prodexpo 2019 on 12-15 November

MINSK – The 25th edition of the international food industry expo Prodexpo 2019 will be held in the Belarusian capital from 12 to 15 November, BelTA learned from the organizers.

Prodexpo is the largest wholesale food trade fair in Belarus, which is attended by both domestic and foreign producers. The event will include an international culinary competition featuring cooks and confectioners from Belarus, CIS and non-CIS countries. The program will also comprise blitz negotiations between retail chains, producers and suppliers of food products, and an international symposium of bakers.

The exhibition will include the business forum Food Industry of Belarus amid Deepening Integration Processes. The forum will aim to unite advanced experience of food and packaging manufacturers. The forum will highlight innovative technologies, new solutions, achievements in the public-private partnership and the introduction of international organic production trends.

The exhibition is organized by the National Exhibition Center Belexpo with the assistance of the Agriculture and Food Ministry, the Ministry of Anti-Monopoly Regulation and Trade, and Belgospishcheprom Concern.
