Multi-purpose Vortex Drying Apparatus

The apparatus is designed for drying and simultaneous effective trapping of finely dispersed materials (such as starch, lactose and others) and can be used at food products enterprises, in chemical and other industries.

What puts the apparatus in a class by itself is that double-phase flow, twisted in the flat vortex chamber 1in which the drying of the dispersed material takes place, essentially preserves the twist in chamber 2 where the dispersed material is thoroughly dried with effective trapping in the regime of oncoming parallel twisted flows.
