It is intended for operative measurement of current and voltage on 0, 4 kV power transmission lines and in buildings with uninsulated wires. The measuring rod, complete with a block of search pulses, constitutes the device "Search-0.4", which is intended for determining the place of short circuit on these lines. The product consists of a telescopic rod with a magnetic current sensor and a hook (for suspending the rod on a 0.4 kV line) at the top and a device (current and voltage meter) at the base.
