In the production of the insulated glass units, an elastic thermoplastic material is used, instead of the usual metal spacer frames. TPS-technology allows organizing the continuous production of double- and multiple- gas-filled (or non-filled) glazing units of rectangular and more complex shape on a production site. Besides, it is possible to produce the products of increased complexity, including "stepped" (up to four stages) glass units of any models and forms.
