Wood fuel granules (pellets)

Specifications: Diameter: 6-8 mm; Length: 10-60 мм; All species. Wood fuel granules (pellets) (commodity code 4401 30) are produced from wastes of woodworking industry (wood flour, wood shavings, bark, knots, branches and etc). Raw material passes through a hammer mill to provide a uniform flour-like mass. This mass is fed to a press. The high pressure of the press causes the temperature of the wood to increase greatly; the lignin plasticizes and parcels stick together to form the tight cylinder. It is necessary 4-5 cubic meters of waste wood to produce one ton of pellets. Finished granules are cooled. Wood granules are environmentally friendly fuel with ash content not more than 2.5%. Delivery conditions: DAF (border of the Republic of Belarus) or FCA (warehouse of the consignor). Packaging: in bulk carriage or packed in "big bags" (800 – 900 kg each) with extra charge. Quality of goods complies with STB 2027-2010. The products are sold through exchange auctions at JSC “Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange”.
