The medicinal product has volemic effect, improves hemodynamics, microcirculation an tissue oxygenation, has anti-hypoxic and antioxidant effect, normalizes acid-alkaline balance and blood gas composition, improves circulatory dynamics, microcirculation and tissue oxygenation; provides antihypotoxic and antioxidant activity, regulates acid-alkali balance and blood gas, improves blood rheological properties. 6% solution is isooncotic. A distinctive feature of the developed medicine is a saline composition that is close to the ionic composition of blood plasma. The medicine's formula contains the following active substances: 1. modified hydroxyethyl starch having a strong volemic effect. 2. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate supports oxygen transport function of red blood cells and oxygen release to the tissues. 3. Magnesium chloride regulating metabolic processes, connectivity and muscular irritability, prevents entry of calcium through presynaptic membrane, reduces acetylcholine content in the peripheral nervous system and CNS. It relaxes smooth muscles, lowers BP (mainly high), increases diuresis. 4. Sodium chloride providing proper osmotic pressure of blood plasma and extracellular fluid. Indications for use: 1. Treatment and prevention of hypovolemic and hemorrhagic shock in acute blood loss and injuries. 2. Disorders of microcirculation during surgeries and conservative treatment of the conditions that invole blood clots. 3. Isovolemic hemodilution.
