The pneumatic clamping device is designed for work on the machines of the drilling and milling group. It is a turning wedge powered chuck (depending on the configuration of the workpiece it can be a three-jaw or two-jaw chuck), fixed on the cylinder liner through the adapter flange. The movement of the thrust rod of the chuck is performed by means of compressed air supply in the cavity of the pneumatic cylinder through the collector. A pneumatic lock is integrated in the collector, which ensures that the clamping force of the part in the cartridge is maintained. At the request of the customer, it is possible to produce several devices mounted on one plate for clamping and processing several parts in one installation.
