MIM-300M-01 MINCER (220V DRIVE)

MIM-300М-01 mincer is designed for grinding meat and fish into mince, repeated mincing of patty mass and stuffing sausages at catering facilities. The mincer is manufactured in У (moderate climate) modification in accordance with GOST 15150-69 for operation at temperatures from +1°C to +40°C. MIM-300М-01 mincer is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 and is approved in accordance with the Declaration of Conformity of the Eurasian Economic Union (see Annex), the Eurasian Economic Union Conformity Certificate (Annex) and EU directive Conformity Certificate - CE MIM-300М-01 mincer provides the “Reverse” mode in case of auger stopping during processing of low-quality meat products. By pressing the "Reverse" button, you can return the product to loading neck and then repeatedly process it or remove it from the mincer with no disassembly of blades - grinding plates - auger unit. The mincer is manufactured with stainless steel facing. Light-weight frame structure and minimum set of parts make the machine lighter and more comfortable to operate. Worm gear provides silent, smooth and uniform machine operation. It has increased torque at output shaft, that allows processing even very stringy meat.
