The electric drive of the machine rotates the bowl and the spiral simultaneously, and this ensures thorough mixing dough. Special form of the spiral allows kneading even small amount of dough. For protecting the staff from injuries a cover is installed on the bowl and its modern comfortable design facilitates the addition of ingredients. The machine has “У” climatic modification (moderate climate) and placement category 3 (enclosed rooms with natural ventilation) as per GOST 15150-69 for operation at temperatures from +1°С to +40°С.
