Packaging: butter in a monolith of 20 kg is packed in cardboard boxes. Before packing the butter, the boxes are lined with packaging material. For this purpose, use parchment or bags of inserts made of polymer materials. The packaging material must cover the butter monolith tightly on all sides. The outer joints of the valves of cardboard boxes are pasted with a polyethylene tape with a sticky layer. Marking of transport containers: on both end sides of the box, a drop-jet printer is applied: name of the butter, name and location of the company, trademark, mass fraction of fat (as a percentage), grade, composition, net weight (for monolith), storage conditions, shelf life, date of manufacture, batch sequence number from the beginning of each month with a cumulative total, box sequence number from the beginning of each day with a cumulative total, nutritional value, TNPA designation, information on confirmation of compliance, manipulation signs "Protect from sunlight", "Temperature limit". Storage and transportation conditions: Carried out by all modes of transport in accordance with the rules of transportation of perishable goods applicable to the corresponding mode of transport The butter is stored at a temperature of (-6±3)0C and a relative humidity of 80-90% for 9 months, at a temperature of (-16±2)0C and a relative humidity of 80-90% for 15 months, at a temperature of (-25)0C and a relative humidity of 80-90% for 24 months.
