Polyester Textile Yarns

The nomenclature of the produced textile threads is composed of complex smooth and textured threads, twisted, untwisted, microfilament, quick-drying, hollow, pneumotextured, dyed and unpainted, as well as polyamide. The range of complex textured yarns includes harsh, surface-dyed, mass-dyed yarns, optically bleached yarns and various additives that improve the consumer properties of the yarn. Filaments are produced in linear densities ranging from 50 dtex to 167 dtex x2 and single filament (32; 48), multifilament filaments (48.72; 96), and microfilament filaments. Complex polyester smooth yarns can be produced matted and shiny with a round or profile trilobal section, dyed in bulk; linear density range from 50 dtex to 167 dtex and filament 24, 32, 48. The range of polyester yarns has been expanded with the following types: equilibrium and equal-length textured yarns, multifilament yarns with the KDK effect, molded yarns, pneumatic yarns with different pneumatic connections strength, FDY multifilament yarns, polyester yarns with antibacterial additives and non-combustible yarns. Properties of polyester textile yarns: - Appearance - frosted thread of round cross section or profiled cross section “trilobal”; - high elasticity and shape stability, the elastic modulus is from 12 to 16 kN / m, which is two times higher than that of polyamide yarns; - abrasion resistance is higher than that of natural and some other chemical threads; - high heat resistance (melting point 265 0С), permissible temperature of long-term operation 120 - 130 0С; - polyester yarns are thermoplastic, as a result of which the elongation at break increases with temperature; - polyester threads are a good insulator, as a result of which they are widely used in the electrical industry; - resistant to ultraviolet radiation; - they have low hygroscopicity, water absorption of polyester filaments at a relative humidity of 65% is 0.4%; - have high biostability; - harsh polyester yarns are highly resistant to mineral and organic acids, to alkaline hydrolysis, withstand bleaching of textile materials by any bleaching agents.
