Detailed information about the technology:Generator can be used as a source of ultrasonic variable voltage, for example, to power ultrasonic piezoceramic converters. APPLICATION AREA Ultrasonic equipment, ultrasonic technologies. OPERATION PRINCIPLE The diagram of the device includes two main units: driving generator and high-power high-frequency inverter. The driving generator forms rectangular variable voltage to control the inverter. The inverter converts variable voltage of the power source to ultrasonic variable voltage. The transistors of the inverter operate in key mode and form on the primary coil of the output transformer variable voltage with its form close to a rectangle. If the ultrasonic converter is connected to the secondary coil of the output transformer, the output voltage of the generator appears being close to sinusoidal. Since the transistors of the inverter operate in key mode, the peak-to-peak output voltage and thus the output power of the generator depend only on the power voltage of the inverter. Therefore, for changing the output power, a controllable rectifier is used that is assembled on the basis of network voltage converter with a transformless input.
