Ultrasonic disperser is designed for generating ultrasonic oscillations in liquids. The device can be used for obtaining suspensions or emulsions from different substances, removing mechanical dirt from small spare parts, as well as for extraction, dispersion, in sonochemisty and for processing of samples of fibrous, crystalline, powder-like and other substances during electron microscopic research. Application area: Chemistry, sonochemistry, Medicine, Techniques and analysis. OPERATION PRINCIPLE Disperser operates as follows: piezoelectric radiator converts electrical oscillations formed by the transistor generator to elastic mechanical oscillations of the corresponding frequency. These oscillations are transmitted to the working medium through the waveguide. The influence on physical and chemical processes in liquids is made mainly due to secondary acoustic effects – cavitation and acoustic flows.
